Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trackly (“Service”), provided by GOMASAUCE LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Trackly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Available at no charge with limited features as described on our Pricing page.

Pro Plan: Billed at $12/month. A 14-day free trial is provided. Billing begins after trial expiration unless cancelled.

Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing negotiated directly with GOMASAUCE LLC. Contact us for a quote.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
• Provide false information or impersonate others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Trackly — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and AI models — are the exclusive property of GOMASAUCE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Trackly may integrate with third-party financial institutions and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to those third parties' terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GOMASAUCE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. TRACKLY IS NOT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOMASAUCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email at least 7 days in advance.
